Event Breakdown
Simulator Bay Rental
• 16 Bays × 4 Hours = 64 Bay Hours (one bay holds up to 6 people)
• Discounted Rate: $60/hour (regularly $79/hour)
• Total Bay Time Cost: $3,840.00
Gratuity (18%)
• 18% on Bay Rental ($3,840.00) = $691.20
"I was able to knock of $19 dollars an hour per bay for you for a total of $1216 off and not taking the 30% service fee for outside food."

Cathlin will have some more questions about dates and times and provisions for this event, like the possibility of renting 8 bays vs 16 and if that cost breakdown would be the same as above - as well as date and time availability.

Dates marked BLUE means we have a group scheduled to volunteer and there is no more room to add any more volunteers. While we are not taking in very large groups at this time, we still accept individuals and/or small families to join us to help distribute dinners any night we serve from 5pm-5:45.
Dates marked RED means we have a group scheduled to provide food for that night through our “Make A meal For One Night” opportunity. If you would like more information about providing a meal, please contact us!
